What we collect

When you submit a form or request a WhatsApp conversation we collect the details you provide, including your name and phone number, and email or project details where the form requests them, so our team can respond. We also record contact actions such as WhatsApp enquiry starts and call-link clicks, together with the page, device, referrer and available campaign parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click IDs (including Google, Meta, Microsoft and other supported platforms). We store a hashed network address for abuse prevention and rate limiting; we do not store your raw IP address in these records.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and understand which campaigns bring enquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and analytics

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and similar tools to measure how our pages perform. A lead conversion is recorded only after your enquiry is saved. See our Cookie Policy for details.
